Service Description
*Note: Duration shown is for internal purposes only. Single Order with an Extra Stop Add one additional pick-up or drop-off point tied to your original order. Both locations must remain within the same local delivery area. Examples of Additional Stops: Picking up a drink or dessert to complete your order. Delivering additional items from the same order to a nearby location. Important Details: The stop must be within the same local delivery location. The additional stop is only for tasks related to the original order—it cannot include new or separate orders. What Single Order + 1 Stop Is NOT: The stop is not for delivering to multiple locations. It’s not adding a completely new or unrelated delivery task.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Bookings can be canceled up to 30 minutes before the delivery time. Cancellations made within 30 minutes are non-refundable. Rescheduling Policy: Bookings can be rescheduled up to 30 minutes before the delivery time. After this point, rescheduling is not allowed, and a new booking will need to be made. No-Refund Policy: Payments for cancellations made within the 30-minute window are forfeited and cannot be refunded. Rebooking: Customers may rebook at any time after canceling, but the original payment is forfeited for late cancellations.
