Service Description
*Note: Duration shown is for internal purposes only. Includes the delivery of 2–5 orders as part of a single trip, with one additional local pick-up or drop-off point tied to the same batch of deliveries. All stops and locations must remain within the same local delivery area. Example: Pick-Up Stop (Related to Batch): Picking up food from a second restaurant to complete the batch of orders. Collecting drinks, desserts, or utensils from a nearby location to include in the delivery. Drop-Off Stop (Related to Batch): Delivering the batch to a main location and dropping off supplemental items (e.g., utensils or drinks) to the event organizer at a nearby address. What This Service Does NOT Include: Splitting the batch into multiple drop-offs at separate locations. Adding unrelated orders or errands. Exceeding the local delivery area. Key Guidelines: The additional stop must relate to the original batch of orders (e.g., pick-up or drop-off of items tied to the delivery) and is strictly limited to one additional location within the local delivery area.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Bookings can be canceled up to 30 minutes before the delivery time. Cancellations made within 30 minutes are non-refundable. Rescheduling Policy: Bookings can be rescheduled up to 30 minutes before the delivery time. After this point, rescheduling is not allowed, and a new booking will need to be made. No-Refund Policy: Payments for cancellations made within the 30-minute window are forfeited and cannot be refunded. Rebooking: Customers may rebook at any time after canceling, but the original payment is forfeited for late cancellations.
