Perfect for offices, events, or family gatherings. *Note: Duration shown is for internal purposes only. Designed for large-scale deliveries, this service handles 6–10 related orders in a single trip with up to two additional stops for tasks tied directly to the batch. What’s Included: Delivery of 6–10 Orders: Multiple food orders picked up and delivered as part of a single, coordinated batch. Two Additional Stops: Stops can include additional pick-ups or drop-offs directly related to the batch of orders. Examples of Proper Usage: Pick-Up Stops: Collecting food from two different restaurants to complete the batch. Picking up desserts, drinks, or utensils from another nearby location for the same order. Drop-Off Stops: Delivering the batch to a main event venue and then dropping off additional items (e.g., drinks or utensils) at a second address. Delivering part of the batch to a catering organizer and the remainder to the event location. What This Service Does NOT Include: Unrelated orders or errands that are not part of the batch. More than two stops for pick-ups or drop-offs. Deliveries or stops outside the defined local delivery area. Who This Service Is Perfect For: Offices coordinating multiple meals for staff or meetings. Family gatherings or parties requiring large orders. Events or catering needs where multiple orders and extra items are involved. Key Guidelines: All orders and stops must be tied to the same batch (e.g., for a single event or customer). Stops must remain within the local delivery area.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Bookings can be canceled up to 30 minutes before the delivery time. Cancellations made within 30 minutes are non-refundable. Rescheduling Policy: Bookings can be rescheduled up to 30 minutes before the delivery time. After this point, rescheduling is not allowed, and a new booking will need to be made. No-Refund Policy: Payments for cancellations made within the 30-minute window are forfeited and cannot be refunded. Rebooking: Customers may rebook at any time after canceling, but the original payment is forfeited for late cancellations.
